DISCOUNT COUPONS for our next gun show
UGCA shows are consistently sold out, so count on seeing lots of great guns, ammo and accessories for the collector and the shooter.

Mark your calendars for the great Utah Gun Collectors Association gun show at the Weber County Fairgrounds.  Just follow the signs from I-15 exit 346.

This "old time gun show" is a fun event for the whole family, with many interesting historical displays in addition to lots of guns and gun related items for sale or trade.  Our members and dealers also want to buy items for their collections or resale.  If you never got a table before, this is a great time to do so and convert some of your excess guns and related items into cash, or put out a display. All federal, state and local laws will be obeyed.

Admission is free to all UGCA members, their spouses and minor children, and uniformed military and public safety personnel.

Non-members can print and clip the $1.00 off coupon from the link above to save $1.00 off the already cheap $7.00 admission to this show!  Or, you can print out a membership application at http://www.ugca.org/ugcamembapp.htm and join UGCA for membership benefits including free admission (for member, spouse and minor children) to all our future shows, plus discounts on tables for sales, and get free tables for displays and a great newsletter.

Don't forget to bring those old guns that you would like to sell or trade, or just find out more about their history.

We still have a few tables available for you to display or sell your guns and related items.
Call Linda at 801-486-1349 to make your table reservations now and print out
and mail in your table application form and payment!

See you at the show!

John M. Browning Day
January 24, 2011!

The Utah Gun Collectors Association, private collectors, museums and other groups joined together to honor Utah's firearms genius, John M. Browning, at the Utah State Capitol on January 24th.

This included an exhibit of every type of gun invented by John M. Browning, and a ceremony where our Governor, our National Guard Adjutant General, a senior USAF officer and John M. Browning's great-grandson spoke about his contributions.

Take a few minutes to review the photos and story about this event. Be sure to check out the neat videos (including a 56 minute history of Browning and his inventions). This was a one-day, once in a lifetime event that we want to share with you.

Part of the pleasure of gun collecting is learning about the historical, technical, and artistic features associated with firearms.
Gun shows provide members, and the general public, a chance to appreciate these aspects.  People with old guns handed down in the family often bring them to our shows to find out more about them, or have them evaluated by experts.  We also support firearms safety training programs by the National Rifle Association and local instructors.
